We will be performing a maintenance window to address a networking issue affecting the AI Proxy in APAC. This action is essential to resolve the issue and will enable us to support additional instances during periods of high usage once completed.
Impact: A disruption to the AI Proxy function will occur during the maintenance window.
Reason for Maintenance: The networking issue is currently limiting the scalability of AI proxy instances to handle calls. Once this fix is implemented, we will have increased capacity for additional instances during high-demand periods, ensuring improved performance and reliability.
