As part of this commitment, we are upgrading the large language models (LLMs) available through the Tungsten AI Model to OpenAI's GPT-4.1x models. This update affects all customers with access to AI functionality in TotalAgility, whether you are actively using it today or plan to in the future.
The Next Version Test (NVT) endpoint, now available out of the box as of TotalAgility 2026.1.1, is already running GPT-4.1. All customers can begin testing from their Non-Production environments today.
Tungsten is also actively testing and expanding the range of available models to ensure customers have access to the latest advancements in AI technology.
On your TotalAgility Designer page, navigate to System > System Settings > Tungsten AI to find the Tungsten AI endpoint options.
There will be no downtime required for this upgrade.
