What’s New in Printix 2026.3
Platform Enhancements
Identity-Driven Access Control: SCIM enables selective group provisioning while reducing your attack surface, and a new System Observer role grants full visibility into Printix settings without edit rights.
Security and Compliance Built In: EU AI Act disclosure for Printix Copilot keeps regulated organizations compliant.
Portal and Mobile Print Flexibility: PDFs can now be uploaded directly through the Printix portal to any destination printer, and the enhanced iOS app extends this as a native share option for mobile printing without a print client or Bonjour on the network.
MFD Go Client Enhancements
Offline Access: Added for Konica Minolta
Clientless Print: Added for HP OXPd
Basic Accounting: Added for Kyocera

Automatic Update Settings
Tenants have 30 days after Printix goes live to select how or if they will receive automatic updates. Please take time to evaluate the automatic update settings and select whichever fits best for your organization: “General Version” is the default setting which will provide a generally available Printix Client to your organization.
Printix Client and Printix Go Support Policy
As automatic updates get re-enabled it’s important for Tungsten and Printix tenants that Printix clients and Printix Go stay up to date. New feature functionality, security updates and process improvements are contained in almost every update of Printix Client and Printix Go. Tungsten will begin to enforce a policy related to automatic updates where we will support the current release along with two full releases back of Printix Client and Printix Go. Versions outside of these releases will be treated with “Limited Support”. Updates will be made to Tungsten’s support lifecycle page shortly.
New IP Addresses
Tungsten has added new IP addresses related to cloud storage for additional redundancy. Organizations who use Azure cloud storage should add the following IP addresses to their Azure Firewall configuration:
51.138.117.189
4.245.85.136
51.105.161.29
Printix documentation will be updated to reflect these changes.
Details
Printix Quick Links – New Release Notes will be posted by August 4, 2026.
Print & Workplace Automation Partner Sales Enablement resources and webinar recordings will be posted once available.

Take Note:
Please be advised that during the scheduled deployment window, customers may experience a brief interruption to certain Printix Cloud-dependent features.
