Tungsten e-invoice Network will be performing security maintenance on Saturday, 29th of August from 6:00 to 14:00 UTC. We will be using this time to upgrade our infrastructure and speed up our overall service.
During this maintenance window, the following services and applications will not be available for use, or may show a delay in responses and performance:
Tungsten e-invoice Network Portal.
E-Invoicing Services.
Purchase Order Service.
Invoice Status Service.
Once we have completed our maintenance, you will be able to use the Tungsten Portal and all Tungsten e-invoice Network Services as usual.
If your system encounters an error during automatic submission, you may need to attempt to reconnect once the maintenance is completed.
