Tungsten Automation will be performing application patching on Wednesday, 30 September 2026, from 06:00 UK to 08:00 UK.
During this maintenance window, the following connectivity services will be temporarily unavailable or may experience delays:
Inbound and Outbound File Transfers (FTP, HTTPS, SFTP and AS2)
Outbound file transfers: Files queued for delivery during the maintenance window will be automatically processed once the maintenance is complete. This may result in a delay in file delivery. No action is required from customers.
Inbound file transfers: Connections to Tungsten Automation during the maintenance window may result in an error or delayed response. You may need to attempt to re-connect once the maintenance is completed.
Normal service will resume following the completion of the maintenance.
