CloudDocs, iRemit, PSISafe Monthly Scheduled Maintenance

Tungsten eInvoice Network will be performing maintenance on Saturday, 22 August 2026, from 06:00 to 15:00 UTC. We will be using this time to upgrade our infrastructure and speed up our overall service.

During this maintenance window, the following services and applications will not be available for use, or may show a delay in responses and performance:

• Tungsten eInvoice Network Portal

• E-Invoicing Services

• Purchase Order Service

• Invoice Status Service

Once we have completed our maintenance, you will be able to use the Tungsten Portal and all Tungsten eInvoice Network Services as usual. If your system encounters an error during automatic submission, you may need to attempt to reconnect once the maintenance is completed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The upgrade has been rescheduled to September 2nd. The previous notifications for the start, and completion of the Partners Lower 2026.3 upgrade were sent in error.

The AMS live, dev, and lower Insight environments will have their URLs updated from .kia.kofaxcloud.com to .tia.tungstencloud.com.

During this maintenance window, Insight tenant websites may display an https certificate error as the URL is updated.

Once the change is complete, Insight cloud customers should update their Insight integration URL in their Totalagility /designer page > Integrations blade > Insight and replace "kia.kofaxcloud.com" with "tia.tungstencloud.com".

The Partners live, dev, and lower Insight environments will have their URLs updated from .kiaprt.kofaxcloud.com to .tiaprt.tungstencloud.com.

During this maintenance window, Insight tenant websites may display an https certificate error as the URL is updated.

Once the change is complete, Insight cloud customers should update their Insight integration URL in their Totalagility /designer page > Integrations blade > Insight and replace "kiaprt.kofaxcloud.com" with "tiaprt.tungstencloud.com".

Effective August 3, 2026, we will begin a phased rollout of updates to improve security and performance.

Email size limits

To ensure reliable delivery, email attachments must be kept to 30 MB or less. While the system supports a maximum email size of 40 MB, attachments are encoded during sending, which increases their size

For larger payloads, please use the API, which supports file sizes up to 100 MB.

Encryption requirements

As part of our security improvements, we are moving toward requiring TLS 1.2 or higher encryption for all incoming emails. Most customers are already compliant and will not experience any changes.

If you are currently receiving email that does not use TLS 1.2 or higher encryption, Tungsten Support will contact you with guidance.

The update to 2026.2.1 for all Live environments has been canceled due to an issue found in the AI KB Search feature (Bug 2244988). The bug will be addressed in 2026.2.2 (Update 2). The new update schedule for Dev, Lowers, and Live will be announced shortly on the US systems.
