Customers may experience delays in retrieving documents and statuses from the ANAF platform.

The issue has been escalated internally, and our teams are actively investigating the root cause and working to mitigate the impact.

Tungsten Automation is dedicated to delivering high-performance AI solutions to our customers. As part of this commitment, we are upgrading the large language models (LLMs) available through the Tungsten AI Model to OpenAI's GPT-4.1x models. This update affects all customers with access to AI functionality in TotalAgility, whether you are actively using it today or plan to in the future.

The Next Version Test (NVT) endpoint, now available out of the box as of TotalAgility 2026.1.1, is already running GPT-4.1. All customers can begin testing from their Non-Production environments today.

Tungsten is also actively testing and expanding the range of available models to ensure customers have access to the latest advancements in AI technology.

On your TotalAgility Designer page, navigate to System > System Settings > Tungsten AI to find the Tungsten AI endpoint options.

There will be no downtime required for this upgrade.

The login issue has been resolved.

Effective August 3, 2026, we will begin a phased rollout of updates to improve security and performance.

Email size limits

To ensure reliable delivery, email attachments must be kept to 30 MB or less. While the system supports a maximum email size of 40 MB, attachments are encoded during sending, which increases their size

For larger payloads, please use the API, which supports file sizes up to 100 MB.

Encryption requirements

As part of our security improvements, we are moving toward requiring TLS 1.2 or higher encryption for all incoming emails. Most customers are already compliant and will not experience any changes.

If you are currently receiving email that does not use TLS 1.2 or higher encryption, Tungsten Support will contact you with guidance.

The update to 2026.2.1 for all Live environments has been canceled due to an issue found in the AI KB Search feature (Bug 2244988). The bug will be addressed in 2026.2.2 (Update 2). The new update schedule for Dev, Lowers, and Live will be announced shortly on the US systems.
