Summary
On May 18, 2026, between approximately 12:00 and 17:00 UTC, the Printix EU Go Capture service experienced significant processing delays. During this period, some customers observed capture jobs taking between 30 and 90 minutes to complete instead of the usual processing time. No capture jobs were lost and all delayed jobs were eventually delivered successfully.
Root Cause
The incident was caused by a configuration error introduced during the 2026.1 release deployment. A recent infrastructure improvement that expanded the service's processing capacity was not correctly included in the release configuration. As a result, the service was operating at reduced capacity.
Resolution
Our Operations team identified the misconfiguration, restored the full processing capacity, and scaled up the service. The backlog of capture jobs was fully cleared by approximately 17:00 UTC and processing times returned to normal. A code fix has been submitted to ensure the configuration is correctly maintained in future releases.
