The Capture service issue has been resolved.
This notification is for upcoming scheduled maintenance for Tungsten SignDoc production.
During the maintenance window the service will be unavailable.
Tungsten has added new IP addresses related to cloud storage for additional redundancy. These IP addresses will be enabled on July 16th. Organizations who use Azure cloud storage should now add the following IP addresses to their Azure Firewall configuration:
51.138.117.189
4.245.85.136
51.105.161.29

The *.ttaeu.tungstencloud.com environment will be upgraded to 2026.2.1. This will result in a complete outage of all live environments during the maintenance window.
If utilizing an Integration Server, see below:
1. This upgrade will require the upgrade to the WCS (web capture service) component version 11.5.0.3.0.382. This update is required regardless of the WCS Compatibility mode setting. Web Capture Service
2. The Transformation Designer includes an update to version 2026.2.1
